• Print & Dye Process: Takes approximately 1-3 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the order.

• Quality Check & Packaging: Our team spends 1-2 days carefully inspecting and preparing your order for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Estimated delivery times typically range from 1-3 business days within major cities, with slightly longer timelines for remote areas.

If a Product You Have Purchased Is Damaged or Defective:

Look at your package as soon as it is delivered.

Should you find issues with the product within 48 hours of receiving it, contact our support team with pictures and include your order number.

Once we check and agree on the issue, we will either send you another product or give you a refund.

Important Notes:

Sometimes print color or design will vary a bit during production and is not seen as a problem.

We don’t allow returns when the issue is a change of mind, errors in the provided information by the client or regular wear and tear.

3. Printing & Dyeing:

   • The finalized design is then printed onto the product materials using the custom-made dyes and advanced printing techniques.

   • This stage usually takes 3-5 business days depending on the quantity of the order.

   • We use high-quality inks and dyes to ensure durability and vibrant colors.

4. Rolling & Inspection:

   • After printing, the materials are carefully rolled and check for consistency, print accuracy, and any defects.

   • Our quality control team conducts thorough checks to ensure the final product adheres to our quality standards.

5. Packing:

   • We pack the products securely using protective materials to prevent damage during transportation.

6. Final Quality Check & Dispatch:
