On-Field Marketing Executive & Telecaller

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Field Marketing Executive and Telecaller to promote our products/services both on-field and through phone calls.
This is a full-time position suitable for individuals passionate about marketing, lead generation, and customer communication.

• Conduct on-field visits to promote company products/services

• Distribute marketing materials and explain offerings to customers

• Generate leads through fieldwork and door-to-door interaction

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information

• Follow up with potential leads and close sales opportunities

• Maintain daily records of calls, visits, and client feedback

• Coordinate with the internal team for campaign tracking

• Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)

• Experience in field sales, telecalling, or marketing preferred

• Should be comfortable with outdoor marketing and local travel

• Basic smartphone knowledge and use of calling apps like Truecaller, WhatsApp, etc.

• Energetic, positive attitude, and target-oriented approach
